Harish Absolutely loved my experience here—definitely the best spin studio Ive visited in London! The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, thanks to its inviting design and friendly staff. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the comfort. What I appreciate most is the inclusivity; everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level. The classes are dynamic and engaging, keeping participants motivated. The instructors, especially Natalie, are supportive and knowledgeable, providing personalised feedback that makes you feel valued. Plus, the upbeat music adds to the energy of the classes. With top-notch bikes and fantastic amenities (towels, water) this studio truly stands out. 10/10!

Terri Lynn Impressive gym. Lots of smith machines. Huge dumbbell selection. Area for sled push. Massive machines and even Kinesis machines. Those aren’t seen in many gyms. Large floor area in which to work. Impressive gym and lots of benches so there is no waiting.

Hafsa IS Absolutely loved the yin class with sound bath. Left feeling very relaxed and ready to start a new week. Love that it’s in the heart of Dalston too. Definitely going back!
