Antonia Tindley The best pilates studio I’ve ever been to. The team are brilliant, the management is amazing and the machines are far superior to any I’ve seen elsewhere. The whole place is a vibe. The location too on the marina.. gorgeous!

Zainab Kashif This is an amazing place for kickboxing. I enjoyed going here a lot . It has been a fun experience, to be honest it is a bit expensive and also for grading it also costs a lot , I only go on Mondays even though its meant for both Monday and Friday the prices stay the same

c s I use this gym regularly. I prefer to go during the day before 1pm. The gym closed between 1-4pm. The equipment was updated and the rooms renovated last year. Very good price for membership.

Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!
