Viviana Leal Great gym. Great equipment. Very clean. Eli, my coach, is amazing. She has massively helped me with my scoliosis. Since I started doing sessions with her my back pain is gone, my posture improved significantly, I feel stronger. I carried on having sessions with her throughout my pregnancy and I didnt have back pain at all whilst pregnant. Being a Physio I know how important exercise is for our body and mind and the sessions with Eli have certainly helped me with both.

Alf Jason is an excellent kickboxing trainer. His workouts are intense, well structured. He focuses on proper technique and pushes you to improve every session. Highly recommend training with him!

Jill Wigmore-Welsh Really good facilities. Easy access from 17 bus route. Nothing to do with the leisure centre, Reading Borough Council has a free to use set of 8 pieces of equipment outside the leisure centre. Good childrens play area as well.
