manuj sharma I have been attending yoga sessions with Sefali for months, and I must say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. She is not only deeply knowledgeable but also extremely sincere in her approach to teaching. She takes care of posture for each and everyone and correct if anything is wrong. I also admire her punctuality, consistency, and the positive energy she bring into every class. Along with an amazing yoga teacher she is a wonderful person and a very good friend and mentor. I highly recommend Sefalis yoga classes to anyone looking for healthy lifestyle.

Valerie Hoh What a wonderful yoga retreat in Crete with Raj. My husband and i really enjoyed the yoga classes twice a day overlooking the ocean and spending time with all the other yogis. We would love to join her for another yoga retreat!

Oana Gianina A welcoming, safe and supporting community. Clean mats and well looked after. It has a good location, very close to Ealing Broadway tube, bus station and the parking is right next to it. Free parking after 4PM on the streets. The coaching staffs level of technical mastery is apparent in every class. They demonstrate an encyclopedic knowledge of the art. Uses fun, age-appropriate drills.Keeps the kids highly engaged. Teaches concept! Combined decades-long history in the sport, the coaches are making sure that they teach life lessons on and off the mat. Coaches with a proven winning pedigree. History of securing major titles and producing champions. My sonss favourite are Coach Ronaldo and Professor Wali. Big thank you to everyone.
