SSSB Southampton Suns I had a great experience at David Lloyd, largely thanks to Soph. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Soph took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference to my visit. A real credit to the team at David Lloyd.

Chani Courtney The water in the pool was clean and well staffed with lifeguards. The fun session had a good variety of floats and balls. Ive been back recently as previously left a 3 star 2 years ago. Now absolutely brilliant pool and staff. Thanks for all you do

Bex Onyeachie This is the best gym I have ever been to. Being a larger lady its nice not to be judged and feel comfortable in your surroundings. Peter Cox the owner is awesome and because of him I have started my weight loss journey and in the last 6 months I have been able to lose 20kg. If you want a gym and you are larger than average there will be no judgement. You will receive outstanding service and will be welcomed I promise.
