Re - Weekend classes:
Dirty toilets, filthy lounges, unprofessional and rude staff. My daughter went here, and although she liked x2 of the coaches some of the others really ruin it for the company. Unprofessional in their approach- due to the toilets all being dirty “well there’s no manager and we are all busy” which was SO rude and apology would have sufficed.
Everyone walking all over the mats - where the kids are practicing - with their SHOES on! This also goes for the coaches!
Most - not all - of the Coaches are often seen hanging around not and chatting.
This much worse during the summer camp - I don’t have the time or energy to even get into that! Just don’t book it otherwise you may miss getting to work on time!
- More training is needed for most of the people working here!
- More managerial support and supervision is required!
- URGENTLY hire a cleaner, surely the company can afford this!
- Not enough consistency with programs ans performance. A timetable, structure or even lesson plan would help - moreover - continuity for the younger classes with the same teacher!
It’s not rocket science, you get what you pay for at the end of the day. In fact, the classes are not worth the price! Much prefer going elsewhere and paying more…
Only positive:
All the negatives really ruin it for the very small minority, 2 people to be exact, that actually have been nice coaches and uphold the professional values of the organisation.
It is a shame really!
