The kids have really taken a shine to him and I can see their progress every week. The other instructors are also brilliant. They really take their time with each kid. Most importantly my kids look forward to actually going which is the best review I can leave!

Sukhjit Hunjan Would recommend Sunny to anybody looking to make a change to their lifestyle, get healthier/stronger or just have a more positive outlook about their diet and workouts. No 2 sessions were ever identical and he has a knack of making workouts challenging but also fun. There is no repetition or isolated workouts - there is a lot of mixing up traditional workouts with kettlebells, sandbags and outdoor activities. Sunny is approachable and will help you to find a solution when you are struggling - I particularly had issues with my diet and he completely helped changed my outlook and made me make healthier choices. Whilst having Sunny as a PT I have lost over 9kg in 8 weeks and feel a lot better physically and mentally. I can not recommend him enough! Ive had quite a few PTs but find Sunnys personality and approach immediately put me at ease.

Cristina Berry Used to be a great gym - until they said they were closing the gym for "painting" on the 26th January.... but then the next day, the lights are out and a sign is stuck on the door saying that the company have ceased to trade from 26th January... and yet theyve taken payment for another month... BUT YOURE CLOSED!? Unbelievable. Disgusting. How can you not tell your customers that you were closing and continue to take their money too - IF YOU USED TO GYM HERE, CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT STRAIGHT AWAY.

Tonia Drysdale Saw this branch on my way home. Asked the young man if they had the mountain climber and inner/outer thigh machine. Yes to both. Used the gym the next day and it was absolutely the best. He welcomed me and took me to the bar as said I wanted to stretch. Got me a step platform to help me up. Showed me where to shower etc. I had such a good time and wished it was my local branch. Very clean, air conditioned, cleaning stations dotted about, everything worked and had purpose. Highly recommend this branch. Sadly its to far to travel to every day. I have handed in my notice to my local branch as no benefit going where equipment is lacking. They actually have equipment that nobody uses, which is pointless.
