5 /5 Jamie Howard: I’ve been to a lot of training sessions over the years, but AWT with Mitchell genuinely stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy he brings to every session. He has this brilliant way of pushing you just far enough so you finish the workout feeling proud of yourself rather than overwhelmed. One of the things I love most is the mix of people who train there. You’ve got complete beginners finding their confidence, right through to experienced Hyrox athletes sharpening their edge, and somehow Mitchell manages to challenge everyone at their own level. No one feels out of place. Mitchell has built a community. The Winter Games event was a real highlight. The atmosphere was unreal and the way Mitchell brought the whole community together made it feel like more than just a workout. It was competitive, fun, and genuinely inspiring to see everyone giving it everything. If you want training that’s welcoming, motivating and properly effective, AWT with Mitchell is absolutely the place to be. Highly recommend.

Just finished 13 weeks with AWT and now I am back on form and being consistent with my strength training which has not only had a fantastic effect on my body but also my mind. 5 /5 Joanne Hamadi: From the first session, you’re made to feel welcome, challenged physically and mentally but supported well by coaches and peers. The workouts are a mix of strength, endurance and conditioning. Lots of variety in them to keep things fresh and exciting. It’s great to be able to use proper kit - ski ergs, barbells in an outdoor setting. Saturday mornings are a proper buzz - sets the weekend off in the right way pumping full of endorphins. I joined a few months ago to add some more cardio and intensity into my training. Safe to say AWT has delivered on that front. Thanks to the coaches and the wonderful community!
