The term medicine on the mat is often used to describe certain types of exercise class; it is accurately applied in Gosias case.

Mansoreh Fanai Before I take my son to few places for training but he wasnt so happy. Its been few weeks that my son trying with Jimmy and I can see my son confidence has been grown and he very much enjoy the training and learning so much in a short time.
