Duniya Okada I recommend this class 110%! Claire, is a highly skilled and professional instructor. She always checks if your form is correct in each exercise. The classes are fun but also challenging so I made significant progress in my strength, flexibility and cardio in just 4 weeks. I had many injuries before joining the class and Claire has worked with me to make sure I can carry on improving my fitness without overloading too quickly. Sign up, it’s a great fun class that gets results!

Kate Barnes Have been a member at this gym for 4 years now and I really love coming here. The equipment is decent, the gym space is good, plus a studio upstairs with everything you need for a basic workout. Good range of machines, free weights, stair master, rowing machine, treadmills, barbell, punching bag, etc. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is a great gym for the area and I think it is worth the price. A full gym, studio, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna plus free boxing class and yoga classes. There is also the spa where members get discount on treatments and the restaurant too. Overall I think its a great place, never too busy, everyone is respectful and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here for my workouts.

angela Jhumat Went for a class pass, then a 10 day pass... Now im a member... I will travel an hour into London just for Mission... NEVER a bad class. Always clean, always consistent.... Not your usual Yoga school.
