5 /5 Duniya Okada: I recommend this class 110%! Claire, is a highly skilled and professional instructor. She always checks if your form is correct in each exercise. The classes are fun but also challenging so I made significant progress in my strength, flexibility and cardio in just 4 weeks. I had many injuries before joining the class and Claire has worked with me to make sure I can carry on improving my fitness without overloading too quickly. Sign up, it’s a great fun class that gets results!

5 /5 James Loh: Great local fitness class that has being going for years, Grace and team (re: Claire and Gaia) have been tremendous in creating a regime that focuses very much on bettering oneself without compromising form / well-being. The classes are more than certainly challenging, or at least as much as one would like it to be, and the team are attentive to the abilities of each person and ensuring every exercise is catered accordingly. For anyone looking for a new fitness challenge, irrespective of level, would strongly implore you to consider giving this a go!
