Kim H Magical, luxurious, heavenly spa! Booked a half day retreat which couldnt have been more perfect. The spa is beautifully furnished and spotless; hot tub and sauna the same. The seated area where we also enjoyed a light and delicious lunch is calm, peaceful and beautifully furnished. Every little detail has been meticioulously thought about: the magazines, books, board games, sheepskin throws, bringing our drinks to the hot tub . . . the personal touch of handwritten names above the hooks where our robes and towels were . . . I could go on. However, the outstanding thing for me were the staff, who treated us like we were prized guests (it was our first visit) and couldnt have done enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect. A special mention to Madison who gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. And to Nichola on reception who from the outset gave us service which wouldnt look out of place in a London 5 * hotel. Her professionalism, warmth, friendliness and attention to detail ensure we will definitly be back! Thank you to all at Green Farm. Kim x

Ibrahim Acilli Ive been a member for over a year and love it! The facilities are always clean, with a great variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the personal trainers are fantastic. Theres a real sense of community here, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fuat I’ve visited the lab The Lab a few times now and honestly, it’s one of the nicest health clubs Ive been too around the area. The reception team have always been welcoming and the staff across the club are brilliant, friendly, accommodating and always happy to help if I need anything. The facilities are top notch and always spotless. The gym is spacious, has all the latest equipment, and I’ve never found it overcrowded which makes training here a pleasure. The poolside area is the best part for me they have a heated pool, two jacuzzis, sauna and steam room, so it never feels over crowded. The changing rooms are always clean and well stocked, Also, they offer lovely food in the juice bar and the staff give of a lovely atmosphere. I love the overall vibe of the place. It’s professional but still relaxed, and you really feel looked after here. The Lab isn’t just a health club, it’s somewhere I actually enjoy spending my time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for great facilities and staff who genuinely care.
