Jack always ensures that there are different options depending on your fitness levels. 1:1 sessions are also great I have seen a massive difference in myself since joining in January this year. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is looking at getting into shape or improving your overall fitness levels. He is so welcoming & Professional and really tailors the work outs based on individual needs.

Hetty Green This is a very special gym. Different from any other I’ve been to. Truly supportive and enabling. I started out pretty terrified at the start of the 28 Day Challenge confident I wouldn’t be able to do much or keep at it. Brilliant highly skilled instructors encouraged me, made adjustments so I could achieve things I didn’t think I could do. Never thought I’d say I love the gym but I honestly do and look forward to it. In a few weeks my strength and balance have improved and importantly my confidence. Thank you Team xxx

Catherine Kirkpatrick Ive known Craig for several years now. He has helped me to achieve milestones i never thought were possible. I have cracked and bulging disks which the dr referred me to a surgeon. I have had various nerve saturations and nerve blocks but they only seemed to work for a short time and to be honest i didnt want to keep doing back to have more. My first training session consisted of small movements but i felt i was on the right path. I was so much more mobile after a short period of time. Years down the line, i have completed a half ironman and various triathlons. Theres no stopping me now :)
