Andree Wheeler Began doing Toni’s Saturday morning class a few months ago. Toni is an excellent teacher and takes time with each one of us and adjusts positions to our individual needs. Has helped me tremendously with my osteo arthritis in my neck and shoulder. She is caring, friendly and I would thoroughly recommend her classes.

Ellyn Wright Absolutely Love this gym ! After trying out a few, this is the one gym where i feel confident to be in. Everything is very clean and looked after. The team are super friendly and have no problem with helping out. Me and my friend have started doing the buddy workshop and the staff involved have made it very comfortable and always go above and beyond to make sure that we are getting what we want out of it.

H B IPT Fitness are a wonderful group of people offering professional but personal services that quickly and safely moves you towards your fitness goals. I am someone who feels a bit lost in the gym and have spent years (and £) on memberships elsewhere without feeling like I had made much progress at all. I have learnt and progressed more in the three weeks of working with Aimee and team than in years of trying to DIY following fitness influencers online or attending classes here and there. The gym is really welcoming and friendly, I never felt daunted exercising here thanks to the environment IPT fitness have created, which is motivational and supportive rather than competitive or intimidating. Such a gem!

Yunus Sherwani Really liked Nuffield Health Hendon when I went in. The gym is clean, has loads of equipment, and the pool and sauna area were a nice bonus. The whole place just felt comfortable and not overcrowded. Ibrahim showed me around and was honestly great - really friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything without any pressure. He helped me get a proper feel for the gym, and that made the decision to join a lot easier. Ended up signing up for the 12-month membership on the spot.
