1 /5 Jen Abdalla: I go to get my eyebrows done and for that they are good but god forbid you go for anything else. They give wishy washy answers. I went the week before to get a pedicure and asked before I was seated if they would start quickly as I had to get back to work as I was on a break. They said yes she is coming. Fifteen minutes later still nothing. The pedicure also wasn’t great. I still went back cos I want to support small female business but I went for a trim I was told five to ten minute wait. The girl there didn’t even call to follow up. Half an hour later I ask her to call the girl to see if she’s coming back and then I was told she’d be another half an hour!!! Yep not going back there again for anything other than my eyebrows but at this rate I don’t want to go back at all. Be honest with your customers. Don’t have them wait around and not respect their time. I had already said I had to go back to work and the girl tells me to go shopping!!

1 /5 Adrian Caramilea: I’ve been coming to this salon for my eyebrows for a long time and used to love the service. There was a short, slim lady who always did an excellent job . Careful, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, she is no longer here, and the current staff do not provide the same quality. The two women who remain always seem to be in a rush, don’t listen to client requests, and react with a defiant attitude when given feedback. Hygiene has also gone downhill they move from one client to another without washing or disinfecting their hands, which is very concerning. I had acne coming up on my eyebrows twice already after waxing here. This salon used to be clean, welcoming, and professional, but sadly the standards have dropped significantly. I truly hope the owner becomes aware of this and takes action to restore the service and cleanliness that made this place great in the past
