5 /5 Maryssa L: Stopped by on a one off to see if there was availability for eyebrow threading and there was- my usual threading place was fully booked and unable to accommodate. The lovely technician saw me straight away. I told her how I would like them shaped and she did an amazing job! It was quick and painless! This will now be my go-to for threading and not to mention it was £10 cheaper then the other place! A little hidden gem at the back of Toni & Guys! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Khiloni Shah: Waited for ages to be seen by Polly while she delayed and gossiped with the owner, then was told there was someone ahead of me in the queue…. After I waited 20 minutes and was definitely the only one. Polly did my eyebrows in the space of 2 minutes and there was A LOT of hair completely missed - when I called her out on it, she was rude and belligerent, so I asked to speak to the owner and was swiftly told not to pay and never come back again. This is not the first time I’ve faced an issue with Polly either - if you ever have her doing your eyebrows, be sure to triple check as there is always hair missed. Sangeeta is much much better. There’s a reason for the poor reviews - I won’t be going back!

1 /5 Patchi: Its cheaper than the other services in this area for a reason. It cost me more to have a substandard service. Steer clear! I received terrible brow threading service, twice in a month. The first time they were running late, the service was cold. I asked for light pressure on the skin before they started and I repeated myself a few times during the procedure. I had to leave in a hurry for a meeting (due to their lateness), so I didnt have time to check their work at the salon. When I got home I realised that they didnt shape the brows as I requested, but shaped them pointing downwards towards the nose bridge, which made me look angry. They also failed to remove all the fine hair around the eyebrows. I returned and they were running late again. I asked for the ends near the nose bridge to be corrected by removing a line of hair and the fine hair to be removed too, but they made the entire brows much thinner instead! It took me two years to grow the hair on the outer half of the eyebrows and they removed them without consulting me first. AND they charged me again to have their mistake "fixed".

1 /5 Nicola Maxwell: I have been coming here for many years with out complaint, however, on my last visit I had the misfortune of having Sonal thread my brows, who subsequently ruined them. They went from thick beautifully shaped to an uneven patchy mess. Weeks later revisiting the person I usually see she has advised there is no fixing them - they are ‘too messy’! I just simply need to wait. Avoid at all costs.
