1 ) I asked for two shades of the same colour, the darker being one for my toes. It wasn’t until after my pedicure when my nails were being done that I realised the wrong shade had been put on my toes. I said it was fine and to carry on with the darker one for the mani. But I realised then that at no point he paused to check that the colour was ok for either. I questioned myself that I should have said something sooner but naively I thought my toes would get darker with extra layers so I stayed quiet.
2 ) As for my nails, I agreed to them being a little shorter and asked for square rounded. Not only were they totally square so I asked him to add more of a curve, all of the length had been taken off. You actually couldn’t get them any shorter. Quite upset by this after growing them and being strong for once, but obviously I knew nothing could now be done about the length. I don’t know if he spoke much English as his coworker got involved to try to explain…
3 ) I thought he’d become more careful but he went on to cut three of my fingers doing the cuticles. I wish I’d complained more and pressed for money off because I walked away so unhappy and disappointed at every stage. For me it felt like, a wasted 1h30.
4 ) I’m writing this review because the icing on the cake is that within half a day, one of my nails has already chipped.
