Erika C. Ive completed my online childrens yoga teacher training recently and I am delighted with the course, its quality and the professional support Laurence has provided all the way through it. My childrens yoga class has just started and and it went absolutely well! The children were more than happy, I would say, enchanted! Now, more than ever, the lesson plans are a great resource, and I keep on going back to some videos to make sure of the details. So, thank you so much!!

Asha Roy I didn’t think joining a run club was for someone like me - but how wrong I was. After doing my first run with RLJ, I then became addicted to running and haven’t looked back since. The coaches and other runners create such a welcoming environment it’s easy to get hooked. RLJ really is fun, friendly, non-competitive and all inclusive. They have groups for all abilities, power walking, beginners, rusty runners and they also run strength classes to complement your running. The social and mental health benefits have really helped me. By joining RLJ, I have made many lifelong friends. I make sure my sessions are firmly in my diary. RLJ is like a big family who share the love and passion for running and are there to support each other.

Holly Crane I’ve been going to classes at House of Reformer for a couple of months now and I just wanted to share how amazing this studio is. All of the instructors are great but a special shoutout to Katie, the studio founder, whose sessions are amazing. Every session is varied, no two sessions are the same, and Katie gives the clearest instructions. The vibe is so friendly and welcoming - the perfect place to go if you’re new to reformer. Thank you!!!

Physio1to1 Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic - Bridge St

Rating: 4.9 /5
Selam Adamu I first went to Physio1to1 with severe tendinitis in both achilles. My previous physio advised me to give up dancing, but Millie and the team treated me, gave me exercises and helped me get back to fitness. I went back to them following a bad knee sprain and now have regular treatment from Marissa to return to fitness. Im always impressed by not only the care and professionalism of everyone, but also the attitude to get you back doing what you love.
