James Stagg My boys and I have been training both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here for 18 months, I joined them training BJJ seeing as I was there 6 days a week, it feels very much like a family, everyone is super friendly and the years of knowledge in the gym is second to none. The cost of membership is such great value for money and amount of classes you have access to accommodates just about anyone’s schedule so no excuses

Adelaide Dacumos The fitness hangout truly is a wonderful aerial home. From the moment you walk in you will feel very welcome and safe which is so important. The rigs are well maintained the studio is always clean and the apparatus always feel secure. Jo and the instructors are all so friendly and supportive. It is clear that Jo has built a wonderful community where everyone feels comfortable and confident. There are plenty of opportunities to build strength and flexibility from a variety of classes to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking to find their aerial family!
