Jo Wood The best place to train in London. The best coaches, best people, community, equipment, everything is awesome. Great for total beginners and advanced athletes, I love that they have a variety of classes to work on gymnastics and Olympic lifting separately to the CrossFit classes this really helped me to develop my skills as a total beginner when I joined.
