1 /5 Julen Saenz: I went for a Laser removal treatment. Was so painful, they were not taking care about doing it with any care. It was painful, expensive, I had to ask every session for a bit of Aloe Vera to calm the skin. They forgot about noticing the appointments and the hair is still growing. I wouldn´t recommend it at all.

1 /5 Aleha Begum: I actually had a good experience with the hair dresser she did a great job. However poor management and decieveing pricing. Website is not up to date with offers and when you ask for pricing they say it depends on your hair length! Manager was very unprofesssional. Sounded like she didnt value her customers or even understand her own mistake. When I asked for a leaflet to confirm pricing she said she had ran out. I dont usually write reviews but this time round I was very disheartened by the manager and poor customer service. Oh and to top it off she was spying on us via her CCTV camera as she wasnt even in the shop and mentioned somethings !!!

2 /5 Veronika Bridgman: Ok at best... Aesthetician did not get off personal phone call when i arrived despite no one else in salon. And did not wear a mask, which didnt help the bad breath. Her photo on treatwell also is not at all alike - shows a young model instead of an older woman. The eyebrow tint dye was not wiped off evenly so there was a wobbly line around my eybrows that looks messy and will now take days to lighten... wish I could upload pics to reviews. Eyelash tint colour also left on eyelids making my eyes look dark. Overall given the amount of other salons in the area Ill go elsewhere next time.

1 /5 Kajal Tavares Da Silva: Was the most painful wax I have ever received. The wax wasnt completed by Rukiye which I expected. I have never experienced such pain in Hollywood waxing before and I will not be returning. The pain only became apparent an hour after leaving the salon with severe stinging and burning sensation which is still the case 10 hours later.
