5 /5 Sophia Dancygier: I started my permanent hair removal journey with Luxwax 15 months ago. I was unsure whether laser or electrolysis was the right answer for me. I had an exploratory telephone consultation with Gail and was impressed with her level of knowledge, complete honesty and professional specialisation. Gail advised me on pursuing electrolysis as a permanent solution and I can honestly say that I have been very impressed with the results. I was really worried about scarring and other possible skin damage that is generally reported as the downside to electrolysis performed by inexperienced therapists. Thankfully, Gail is so skilled that none of this has been an issue. In addition, Gail is able to confidently and safely work on larger surface areas at a high pace therefore maximising appointment time. Electrolysis does require commitment and consistency - Gail was great at educating me upfront and making sure I understood the practicalities involved - but the results have been totally worth it for me. My only regret is not to have started much much earlier in life!
