The salon’s commitment to hygiene and professionalism was evident from the outset and contributed to an exceptional experience. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous care taken during the removal of my previous gel polish. Unlike other salons that might resort to drilling, which can be damaging to natural nails, my technician took her time and skillfully removed the polish without causing any harm. As someone who values maintaining the health of my nails, I deeply appreciated this attention to detail and gentleness. The application of the new gel was another highlight. My technician applied a thin layer with precision, resulting in a beautiful, natural look while also ensuring minimal stress on my nails. Throughout the process, she offered excellent advice on selecting the right type of gel and the ideal shape for my nails, reflecting a genuine passion for her craft. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the technicians warm demeanor. Her courteous and friendly nature, coupled with her lively conversation, transformed a routine appointment into a delightful and memorable experience. While the treatments may be a tad pricier than at other salons Ive visited, the exceptional quality of service, personalized attention, and focus on maintaining nail health justify the cost. I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a luxurious and personalized nail care experience where the well-being of your nails is of utmost importance.

1 /5 Neha Singh: This salon is pathetic. I went there for body waxing, pedicure and hard gel nail. All the three services were bad - The body hair growth started showing in 2 days as I can imagine the beautician did not have the skills and broke the hair instead of waxing it from the roots. The pedicure rather seemed like a 10 mins clean up than a pedicure with not much of a difference in my feet before and after. It was quite a waste of money. I could have done that at home. Lastly the most pathetic of all is their nails service - I got hard gel nails done and two of the nails broke in 10 days. There is a reason why people get hard gel so that it lasts. When I went back to get it fixed, they charged me again for the two nails although it was their fault with no sense of apology or empathy to even listen to the customer. I have never had hard gel nails breaking in 10 days. The owner seems like an arrogant lady who advised me to send my feedback via email rather than spare a few minutes to hear the concerns of a customer. Eventually when the lady spoke to me she tried to justify it as if it normal and that it is stated in their policy. When I insisted on showing the policy, she found out she was wrong about it as no such policy was mentioned for hard gel nails, rather embarrassing that the owner herself doesn’t know about their policy and yet never apologised for either misleading by quoting a policy that does not exist in their salon and was rather made up, or for the broken nails as a result of their poor quality service. The worst of all is their rushed service and passive aggressive staffs. On the surface they act fake friendly but you see their real side the next moment. Also they cramp appointments to take in as many clients as possible and rush the service with a single beautician sometimes handling multiple clients at the same time leaving clients half way through the service to go and check on the other client, and you cannot really express your disappointment unless you are ready for a rude response. And not to mention, the staffs are gossipy and talk loudly making the whole environment just not nice. It is a shame that they are one of the only two salons we have in this area. Else with their bad service and arrogant owner and staffs, it would not last long. Never going back to this salon unless I want to throw my money away and invite a bad experience I know for a fact that I will be receiving a rather arrogant response from the salon on this review which would only prove my point.
