1 /5 Nita Kainth: Upon each visit I was badgered to buy a package, Jasleen sold me a package for waxing but then both mother & daughter unhappy with it. They kept cancelling my appointments, giving endless excuses. When I asked the mother why she keeps cancelling my appointments she did not like it .She finally did the waxing for me and then refused to honour my package because each time they kept asking me to pay additional £5. I refused and asked for refund if they did not want to do my waxing. The mother refused and told me not to come back. I have 3 treatments left. The constant poor service I have received is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon as they are very greedy and hound you to buy the package. Very disappointed with you both for the disgusting way you have treated me as a customer refusing to refund me as you do not want to finish my package unless I give you additional £5 each time. UNACCEPTABLE. POOR SERVICE. MANY OCCASIONS I CAME FOR APPOINTMENT AND YOU CANCELLED AT LAST MINUTE WITH CONSTANT EXCUSES AND THE WAITING TIME IS APPAULING,

5 /5 Farzana Khan: JASLEEMS BEAUTY WINNER!!! A highly professional and friendly salon. Offers a varied range of beauty treatments at competitive prices. I have been a loyal customer since the salon first opened. Being the raffle winner I had the privilege of spending the day at the salon, both the owner and the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout the day - I was treated like ‘royalty’. I highly recommend the salon. *5 stars

1 /5 Izzie Maddegoda: Worst place and customer service! Don’t ever buy any type of vouchers for this place or book an appointment. They have no courtesy at all. I called whilst on my way to say that I will be 5 mins late just to be told that ‘oh sorry we can’t accommodate you today’. I had 3 treatments booked in. And the first excuse was that the person doing my massage has fallen ill. To which I said okay, and asked if I can do the other two treatments. Her response was that apparently they are also busy and suddenly my appointment had been cancelled without any notice! She had to wait until I called to inform me and I had already travelled for over half an hour. And she had no idea who took my appointment. My groupon voucher has gone to absolute waste, but to be fair I’m glad that I never went because if this is how they administrate their bookings, just imagine what kind of service they must be offering!

5 /5 Rohiny Belani: I have been visiting this parlour since it opened and have been a loyal customer to them as they always do a good job of threading and waxing. They are friendly and have pleasant staff and the owner is very nice. Their prices are very competitive and they are good at their job. Highly recommended salon.
