3 /5 Esther Knowles: I had a deluxe manicure today at The Pretty Parlour, and the pampering elements of the experience were excellent. The hand massage, mask, oils, and moisturisers were all very relaxing and lived up to the “deluxe” description. Unfortunately, the manicure itself was disappointing. The technician seemed inexperienced, and the polish was not applied close to the cuticles, which means it’s unlikely to last very long. For a £60 treatment, the final result didn’t meet my expectations. While the experience was relaxing overall, the manicure itself fell short.
