1 /5 Lei Ping: I booked a gel removal through Treatwell. When I arrived, the staff began using an electric file to remove the polish, but it was painful and did not feel like it was being used properly. When I reflexively pulled my hand back from the pain, I was told repeatedly that it was because my nails were “too thick,” which was not true and didn’t feel like a professional response. The technician then applied a dissolving solution and again commented that my nails were “too thick” and difficult to work with. She later explained that they do not remove base gel, only single colour gel. This was not stated on the Treatwell service description, and it was only mentioned after the treatment had already begun. Although she eventually managed to remove most of the gel, the process was SO uncomfortable, and I had to stop her from using the file because it was constantly catching my skin. The final result was incomplete removal with some residue left on the sides. Afterward my regular nail technician confirmed that all my nails, even the grown out healthy part had been damaged during this treatment. AVOID AT ALL COST!

1 /5 Sabrina Tolba: Awful Awful place!!!! Very unprofessional and rude service. I had a lash lift booked and was running 5 minutes late, which I called ahead to inform them about. I was told on the phone that it was fine. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told they would not do the service because I was late. I apologised and explained there was heavy traffic and reminded them that I had informed them beforehand, but the response was extremely rude: “There’s nothing we can do.” No effort to help, no professionalism, no courtesy. I left and went to another salon across the road, and to my shock, one of the staff members from this place was standing at the window pulling faces at me. Completely unacceptable and childish behaviour. Overall, very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
