After having had a not-so-pleasant bikini wax at another local salon one month prior to my first visit at Hemas, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when youre talking about bikini waxing! The atmosphere was lovely, and Hema, who performed the waxing was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The natural wax she use (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences I have come to endure as necessary evils. I will definitely become a regular at this salon, and would highly recommend that others do the same!

5 /5 Mad Media Magic Productions: Visited Hema a week ago and results are still amazing and to a great standard. Just got my hair done and was sad to find I had gotten to Ealing Road minutes after 7pm and all the usual spots had closed for the day. Hema was tucked away in the mall at the end of a parade of shops and came to the rescue! Very gentle when waxing/threading and very gentle by nature. It is just too bad I moved before being able to visit again. However, should I need "de-hairing!" and am in the vicinity I would not hesitate to pop in/book myself in again.
