Her pressure was amazing and I felt so relaxed during and after. The ambiance of the room also so calming, which made the experience wonderful. I will defiently be coming back

5 /5 Chanel Dacosta: I had the ‘Hydrating Sculpt Facial’ with Sarah and it literally made my skin feel as soft as a baby’s. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole treatment (it was my first time having a facial and I was abit nervous) and explained what she was doing. During the sculpt, I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!! I would highly recommend this facial, especially as the weather is getting colder. It really helped my skin feel plump and fresh.

This was my first time here after a disappointing experience at the last place I went to, and Rachel was amazing, did exactly what I asked for, explained every step of the process and made sure to check multiple times that I was happy before I left the chair! It was also my first time getting my brows tinted, as a redhead I was slightly worried about not getting a good colour match, but it is literally PERFECT, I actually cant tell which hairs were tinted vs not cause it matches that well! I will definitely be back and would recommend Rachel to anyone looking to elevate their brow game ✨️

5 /5 CharlieHanna_: I have been to lash+brow lab for years to get my eyebrows done and have always loved them and always recommend to everyone. Today for the first time I tried a hot stone massage with Anita. Anita was sooooo lovely, and really took the time to go through everything before, after and throughout the massage. I’ve never had a hot stone massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect, especially as someone who often gets sports massages which are quite intense and certainly not relaxing. I felt Anita provided a massage that was the perfect balance of incredibly relaxing while still feeling that the muscles were being worked. I really appreciated that she asked me what level of pressure I wanted, and if there were any parts of my body I didn’t want massaged. I personally don’t like my tummy being massaged and being English and not one to complain, I probably would have grinned and bore it if she massaged my tummy even though I wouldn’t have particularly liked it, so I’m glad that she asked and I ended up loving the entire treatment. The only disappointing part was when the massage had to end at the end of the session - I could have stayed there for hours!! I already have a Swedish massage booked in with Anita in a few weeks and I’m really excited to try another style of massage with her. Thank you so much Anita!
