Kimberley Sander I have been doing pilates with Jess for almost two years now and I love her classes. No class is ever the same, she always levels up and down so you can work at which level suits you best, and I always feel like I have had a full body workout after class. I would highly recommend both mat and reformer Pilates with Jess, she is also a wealth of knowledge where nutrition is concerned!
