James Hawes I joined Full Circle Fitness in February after reading that strength training would be a good complement to my running and cycling. I’ve never been a consistent gym-goer, but decided to give it a try over the colder, wetter months. I started with the onboarding PT sessions and then moved into the classes, which I’ve really enjoyed. Six months on, I’m still looking forward to each class. My strength has definitely improved, and the variety in the sessions keeps things fresh as you never quite know what you’ll be doing. Everyone has been really helpful and makes it a great atmosphere for training in every class. If youre considering it Id highly recommend giving FCF a go!

Arham Khan Would give 10 stars if I could to Callum. Amazing gentleman , kind hearted and very genuine in establishing a relationship with the client. He is an asset to David Llyods and this needs to be recognised by senior leadership. We have come from a tier one club in Bushey and had some expectations in mind which naturally were not fully met by this club. Nonetheless Callum was very attentive and genuinely took an interest in us and signposted us to upcoming plans . I am truly impressed by his client building skills and I left the gym thinking that offer is too good and I should seriously consider it. I had a big shift in my initial mindset after seeing the gym thanks to Callum. The offers at the gym are not to be missed

Lukey Ward Highly recommended gym, coaches are very attentive, knowledgeable and have become great friends since I’ve been there. A real gym community and a place to mark friends for life. A great to start a journey or build on existing foundations.

Shona Morrison Treated myself to a spa day at Beechdown, Ive never been before so didnt know what to expect. They have a really good gym area with a wide range of fixed weights and free weights, as well as a great Les Mills classes timetable. I used the gym, spa and had a treatment. The spa has what you need, 2 steam rooms, 2 saunas, chill chamber (cold), heated tiled beds and swimming pool. I had a full body massage from Anisa, which was amazing. The Brasserie has a fantastic menu too.
