She helped me understand my hypermobility and how to correct my posture to help reduce my pain and stiffness, and taught me the basics of pilates with a few 1-1 sessions which now allows me to go to her intermediate classes with confidence and tools to avoid injuries, it has been life changing so far! Charlie Reardon Ellis Had my first session pf reformer Pilates and it was absolutely amazing, Chloe the instructor was very helpful when correcting me and also knowing when to progress and push that little bit more, came out feeling great like I had done a workout. I can’t wait to progress further and bring the functionality of the reformer classes into my weight training and day to day life. I would highly recommend this type of training to anyone of any age.
