5 /5 Hategoogle Allot: I’ve been going since it opened and Ive already written a review many years ago. But one review every ten years seems about right. Lancing is strangely blessed with the best gym in Sussex. Something for everyone. Neil is Zeus and Charlie is king! He’ll spot your power lifts professionally and confidently. All the staff are practically perfect. The gym is the place for beginners with allot of good PTs to choose from, whilst catering to experienced powerlifters, bodybuilders, boxers, and kick-boxers. You’ll be happy to find this gem and once you do you’ll never let it go. I love this place and I hope it one day reaches 100 year anniversary.

5 /5 Hayden Stott: Working away often it can be a nightmare to get a decent gym. Having visited southcoast gym today I can honestly say what a great place staff are really welcoming and make you feel at home just in general. Really appreciate and hope to be back again next time I’m in the area

What truly sets this gym apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Charlie, in particular, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my first experience a positive one.
