5 /5 Jeanette Westley: I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for hair, make-up, brows and nails and transforming my daughter for her very special prom. She looked amazing and was overwhelmed by the transformation. Definitely a go to salon staff are lovely and atmosphere is great they get a 10 out of 10 from me and my daughter.

1 /5 Lalla Hind: The facial I had in a kind of tomb was claustrophobic, the staff talking amongst themselves in a different language were rude and obnoxious. The manager (also the owner) and another tiny man there at the reception are pushy and just want you to use any service they have under the sun. The problem is they have no price list, so at the end they talk amongst themselves then decide to give you an out of thin air price :) mine was £180 for simple all over hair colour claiming they’ve used too much dye. It didn’t even come out brown it was orangey.. the owner said it’s the second time you came, so if you didn’t like it that much you wouldn’t be here again. The first time I had facial and nails so it’s not like I knew what a disaster I would end up with when I decided to have a hair colour. Positive comments below I’m sure are coming from friends! Highly unprofessional and rude and it feels like you’ve been mugged! Ask ask ask about the price and the service before you sit down if you ever are unfortunate enough to come here!

5 /5 Lisa Abbott: I have had my hair cut twice at this hairdressers, each time by a different hairdresser. The second time I dared to go quite short. Both hairdressers were excellent, professional, experienced and very friendly. Both the cuts were great and I was so pleased with the results. Dont be put off by the scaffolding outside: the interior is relaxed, beautiful and such a welcoming atmosphere. If I wasnt moving away from London, this would be my only hairdressing spot!! Love it!

1 /5 Begum Shumillah “Hippi”: I would give zero star instead of one star. Please do NOT ever go there as I had bad experience while back with colour hair. We had a miscommunication with colour hair. She was supposed to do highlights full head instead she dyed whole full head! and I wasn’t happy. There was miscommunication. I used to be her regular client and I don’t know why she’ll would do this time differently as it was in the note record! So then she charging me more money to fix up as she valued her time instead of customers feelings and time! This is the first time she charging me and other salon I had experienced they don’t charge you because they do care about you and they want to fix it. So I don’t recommend go there ever! The owner doesn’t care about your feelings whether it damages or mistakes. She just wants more money. She very good at misleading communication with people. So I went different salon next day. they fix my hair for free as I was so upset. Please go House of Camden salon they are the best. I promise you. You get your money worth.
