1 /5 n. John: The staff were very friendly and nice. I had a lash lift and tint and didn’t get them wet at all for 24 hours, at first they just curled back into my eyelid which was agitating and uncomfortable as well as looking ridiculous but now after my first time getting them properly wet two days later they have become completely random and are curling towards my inner eye and some are straight. I’m about to go on holiday in the morning and there’s nothing I can do to fix this now. Wish I hadn’t got it done in the first place. This isn’t my first lash lift and I know I haven’t don’t anything differently, I guess that’s just primark quality.

1 /5 Christelle Belinga: So disappointed to be turned away for being 10 minutes late to 1 hour 10min lash appointment after trying to contact them by phone from 20 minutes before my appointment to no answer. If they had answered and were able to notify me that they have no 10 minute grace period i could have gone somewhere else instead of coming all this way. Expected more from them especially after coming for years for my brows, so disappointed would rather take my money to a place that respects loyal customers, never coming again

5 /5 Helen Liu: The beautician approached me with a leaflet and was able to serve me straight away with a full face wax and a bit of threading, on a busy December Saturday afternoon! She was very efficient and quick, would recommend!

1 /5 Annalisa Pollicino: Highly NOT recommended.. Spent 50 pounds just to go and find myself an other salone since my nails are disgusting.. and need to do an other manicure. Took an appointment for express manicure and applying color, I asked if they could do design and first they said no , after 5 min they said yes but with extra charges and I agreed. The lady said my nails were not gonna look nice with design cause are short and suggested to do a one color set and to apply some sort of product to have my nails strong with extra charges of course and I agreed. After she applied the product ( my nails were pink and the color i Said I wanted from the beginning was brown) she said we are finished, I told her no cause she did not apply the color yet and she said “ you applied the product to have your nail strong so if you want colour is extra charges “ . At this point she was just stealing my money and I got upset. Told her to apply the color without charges cause she was NOT being honest with me. Nails broke after 3 days… incredibly disappointed and upset, spent 49 pounds for one of the worst service I ever saw.. Color is not been applied properly either… I tried to send an email and bounced back saying the email address don’t exist…..
