1 /5 Camilla Santilli: Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. The owner locked me inside the salon and pressured me to pay full price, even though I was extremely unhappy with the results. They also took photos of me during the treatment without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. I came in for a lash lift and tint, but left with damaged lashes, stinging eyes, and zero curl. My 4pm appointment ended with results that looked like nothing had been done. When I pointed this out, they insisted the lashes looked “great” and tried to get me to pay. I asked them to fix it, which took another 1.5 hours, but things only got worse. My eyelashes are now totally ruined—still no curl, and my eyes are irritated and blurry. This was an incredibly unprofessional, distressing, and unacceptable experience from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.
