Maria Wassoy I recently had a Brazilian and leg wax with Serena, and I have to say, she was absolutely amazing. It was my first time, and she made sure I felt completely relaxed throughout the process. Serena was so kind, talking to me and keeping me at ease the whole time. She really went at my pace, which made the experience much more comfortable. The salon itself is immaculate—clean, tidy, and with an elite-level atmosphere. The staff are all so kind and welcoming, creating such a friendly vibe. Serena is lovely and truly made me feel at home. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back every month! Highly recommend!

The team are really welcoming and knowledgeable - Cassie did my highlights and talked me through the different products and colours to create a beautiful natural look thats given my hair a much-needed lift! Love the family history behind the place too - its been running in the family since the 1950s.
