Sam Varney Ive been training at Total Dojo over 12 years now and can safely say you will not find a better level of instructor anywhere. The classes are great, with a host of disciplines that you can learn. I can recommend Total Dojo enough for anyone in MK looking to begin their martial arts journey or develop further.

Hannah has so much knowledge on all things aerial which means I have done hoop, silks, trapeze and pole with her! She breaks the moves down for you and gives you tips and advice! I highly recommend her and know about of students who speak so highly of her!

I attend four classes a week on average, a combination of Spin and Boxfit, have never felt fitter or stronger in my life. Passes work out very economical, no contract locking you in so can attend as much or as little as you want.
