Frances OCallaghan Heidi is a brilliant Pilates instructor. Her classes are a wonderful combination of her expertise and humour, while taking a person-centred approach. Her friendly, inclusive, chatty nature turns pain into gain! I always come away feeling invigorated and happy to have been there.

Paola I have been a customer of The Good Gym MK for over four years now. I remember my first day after signing up: I was greeted and called by my name, which was perfectly pronounced—something that really left a great impression on me, as I have been living in the UK (I’m originally from Italy) for about 13 years now and people still often get my name wrong. So, my first impression was really good. Over the years, I have received all the support I’ve needed whenever I needed it. More recently, I also completed the PT Academy, which was a really nice experience. Rob and the team are always very welcoming and supportive, and you never get bored with their classes! I really recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great place to train with a bit of a family vibe.

Sandesh DSouza Daughter loves it. The instructors are dedicated and will encourage and push your child as much as the child shows potential. Friendly staff, great place to be for kids, as they make friends, develop skills, enjoy the fun and get a lot of physical exercise!

Ritz Patel Have been attending the classes for a year now and they have helped build my self confidence and have given me skills to help protect myself. The lessons are challenging , engaging and interesting. Lots of fun meeting new people and learning together with people of varying levels of ability. Instructor is knowledgeable and friendly, the classes are relaxed and in a comfortable environment.
