For someone who hasnt done much exercise for the last 10 years, it has been an eye opener and has made me a stronger person and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainers have given me back my confidence and they have been so encouraging and made the sessions a lot of fun as well as making me work hard. They are a great bunch of people and I would thoroughly recommend the total dojo! (It has easy parking as well)

Kayleigh Dear Great classes, excellent equipment and friendly/supportive coaches. I attend four classes a week on average, a combination of Spin and Boxfit, have never felt fitter or stronger in my life. Passes work out very economical, no contract locking you in so can attend as much or as little as you want.

gino rapinett Been to a lot of gyms in my life but this is the best so far equipment is awesome the staff are friendly and the best thing is the getting more equipment better equipment but the equipment here all ready is good if you dont believe me come down have a look for yourself
