Karen Morrisette I was visiting from the U.S. and missing my swim time. I was very grateful for the day pass to enjoy the pool. I desperately needed to fill the hours between the site sighting excursions planned by my host family. The staff was kind and accommodating and locker/shower facilities were satisfactory. The hot tub wasn’t working one day and not hot the other, but the steam room was just what I needed to unwind. Although I was far from home, I felt perfectly comfortable.

dawid kawa So far this place I good to training a lot of space ,there is few rooms for classes more space for free weight also area with punching bags and cross training and area for cardio so place for everyone. Always find space for a car even if not close to the gym you can park on road without any problems

Sophie Fox Absolutely beautiful studio with fantastic pilates reformer instructors. I was looking for low impact exercise which would be gentle on my body so this is perfect. Highly recommend!

sian main Tom is a great PT. I have had some rubbish experiences with personal trainers so was nervous about trying someone new but he immediately made me feel at ease. The sessions are on a 4 week rotation which helps me stay focussed on specific exercises and achieving my goals. Sessions go by quickly and are fun and that’s at 7.30 in the morning!! Would thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a new PT.
