5 /5 sian main: Tom is a great PT. I have had some rubbish experiences with personal trainers so was nervous about trying someone new but he immediately made me feel at ease. The sessions are on a 4 week rotation which helps me stay focussed on specific exercises and achieving my goals. Sessions go by quickly and are fun and that’s at 7.30 in the morning!! Would thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a new PT.
