Paola I have been a customer of The Good Gym MK for over four years now. I remember my first day after signing up: I was greeted and called by my name, which was perfectly pronounced—something that really left a great impression on me, as I have been living in the UK (I’m originally from Italy) for about 13 years now and people still often get my name wrong. So, my first impression was really good. Over the years, I have received all the support I’ve needed whenever I needed it. More recently, I also completed the PT Academy, which was a really nice experience. Rob and the team are always very welcoming and supportive, and you never get bored with their classes! I really recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great place to train with a bit of a family vibe.

The facilities are top-notch—clean, modern, and well-equipped to cater to all fitness needs. One of the highlights is the fantastic swimming facilities. The pool is superb—spacious, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and exercise. They offer excellent swimming lessons for children and adults, making it a great place for families to learn and improve their swimming skills. The family swim sessions are always fun and well-organized, providing a perfect opportunity for quality time with loved ones. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They are always approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping members achieve their goals. Their support and encouragement make every visit enjoyable and inspiring. Additionally, the leisure amenities, including classes and dedicated spaces for different activities, create a vibrant, positive atmosphere that makes being part of this community a pleasure. Josh Bonaiti At Varsity Nine Football & Education Programme, we have used Nuffield Health for a number of years now, and I can only say extremely positive things about the staff and the facility as a whole. We use the gym for general strength and conditioning plans, recovery sessions, and to support the delivery and assessment of our student-athletes working towards their personal training qualification. The facility is always brilliant, and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, who are always friendly, helpful, and able to accommodate any last-minute changes.
