Roffin I’ve been training with Tom for a couple of years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The gym has a great atmosphere, and Tom himself is an outstanding coach supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Lucy C Really love training with One Element. Tom is a great trainer; hes got the balance just right between pushing you in the sessions but still making them enjoyable. After 6 weeks my fitness levels have improved a crazy amount and Ive met some amazing people. For the first time in my life I now look forward to exercise - this suits me much better than the gym.

Kathryn Watson Just completed Dr Jo Gees 6 week Mindfulness Course. Jo was fantastic at clearly articulating and explaining what Mindfulness is all about, using exercises in a really fun, but informal and engaging way. After each session every week I felt so calm and slept like a baby and now have been left with some amazing techniques and tools that I will continue to practice to help develop my Mindfulness and in turn being a more relaxed and in control mother to my children! My nail design idea was via a photo on Pinterest and without hesitation I got exactly what I wanted and more! I am so pleased to have found a new nail tech! I will be definitely be recommending this place to everyone!!! - last time I came in I was also treated with such a warm welcome as I was with my toddler and every effort was made to make us both feel incredibly comfortable! 4.9 stars for a reason
