Tim Lucas Ive been training at Patch for the last five months, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. It has given me a huge amount of enthusiasm for fitness and training. The coaches are all fantastic — very welcoming and skilled at tailoring exercises to suit each individual, even in a group setting. The sessions are well designed, and having each block last a month allows you to see tangible progress, which really helps with motivation. I can’t recommend Patch highly enough, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
