Genuinely, I am done in 30 mins or less and they do a perfect CLEAN job with good quality product. Both Kim and her assistant make sure Im done very quickly and hairless. As someone with a low pain tolerance, I come every month without fail for my wax. The room is always clean too and they disinfect after every person
