2 /5 Ashleigh Parker: Woman running the shop is lovely. However, a waste of money for the facial. Cheeks all still of blackheads after the facial as you could barely say a ‘manual extraction’ was done. Just a few strokes over my nose with a device doesn’t cut it for £45. This service is more of a light facial you shouldn’t be paying more than £25 for. Also when told to ‘relax’ when lying with the face mask on she proceeded to bang around extremely loudly in the other room. No soothing music, extremely cold room, perhaps her laser is good as she had a good machine for it but no-go for a facial. Upon paying also saw a leaflet on the reception desk stating £35 for the same facial, perhaps at the lower price you wouldn’t feel so ripped off.

5 /5 Shabnam Sabar: The clinic is nice and hygienic. Kimi is very friendly and listens to your needs. She provides a great laser hair removal service. She does great deals depending on the number of sessions you want and areas you want done which makes it affordable. I would recommend the laser hair removal service :)
