1 /5 Thilan Issaac: My wife went here to get her nails done and the experience was terrible. Not only did they completely ruin her nails and cause damage, but the staff were rude and disrespectful throughout. On top of that, they were dishonest about the price, trying to charge more even though they hadn’t even done the job properly. This place is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not recommend it to anyone.

1 /5 Lidia Cardoso: Did chrome on my nails with gel, the day after and is already chipping of. On the day of the appointment there was already parts that the chrome didnt attach properly, when I told her this, she was super rude and still didnt fix it properly.

1 /5 Indumini Sarathchandra: This was the worst and most disturbing salon experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a design they agreed to do, but instead they threatened me and even cut off half of my nails without my consent. At one point, they locked me inside the salon, and I had to call my husband to help me get out. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman was disrespectful, and the man made up stories, exaggerated everything, and behaved in a disgusting manner. Shame on them for treating customers this way. Firstly I was told to pay £85 for everything then I paid only for the pedicure but not the nails as they ruined my holiday and nails both, but honestly, no service is worth this kind of treatment. This happened in New Cross — please be aware of this dangerous place and the people running it. Stay away for your own safety.
