James Johnson I been to a number of crossfit gyms across the country, NewWave is by far the best and most welcoming! The coaches are great and understanding especially for someone who has reduced mobility there’s always an alternative movement or workout to do! Even the other people who attend the classes are welcoming and so encouraging, can definitely see why the crossfit gym is so popular! Look forward to spending many more months/years at this gym hopefully! Definitely worth checking out if it’s your thing.
