5 /5 Sandy G: Im very happy to recommend Hannah for her Pilates classes. I have been attending more than a year now; twice a week. Her classes are always varied with different exercises and adapted to different levels so everyone can take it at their own pace. She also corrects your body alignment which helps to find the right position when you work out. My body posture has definitely improved with strength, mobility and flexibility.

Elizabeth Weekes Two great dance fitness classes to attend if you want to get a good workout and have fun. Cordis Bolly X at 11am on Sundays and Vals Latin-based class at 6.30pm on Mondays. In both classes you "follow" the teacher rather than spending a lot of time learning routines - challenging at times but also good for your brain!
JohnO Visited here to use the indoor gym - Called Hybrid just under the Boxing Gym. Small, compact but all the necessary equipment available to have a decent workout. A shout out to Tegan the Fitness instructor.
molly chesworth Brilliant class! Really calm but strong & a proper workout which I don’t always get from reformer. The teacher Kasia was lovely and informative. Great energy in the session, highly recommend :)
Katie Fran is amazing, she pushes you to your hardest and her energy is infectious. Shes friendly, encouraging and motivational. Its the best pilates class Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot. Its a friendly atmosphere too and everyone is lovely.
Howard Williams My wife and I both aged 86 have been experiencing the Osteo Strong exercises under the patient and experienced tuition of Charlotte for 12 weeks. There is no doubt that we are benefiting and getting stronger and we are certainly enjoying it. This is greatly helped by the enthusiasm for the cause of the owner Victoria that is also reflected in her team.
