sam day What can I say about dinner? Well I can say since I’ve been going to his gym I have lost a tremendous amount of weight. I feel and look great. He motivates me so much and he’s enthusiasm to get results is quite amazing considering all the clients he’s training my lucky day when I popped in, I would definitely recommend that anybody that is considering to get their life back due to being overweight always tired and nothing fits that is what I was like six months ago now everything has changed. Thought Id pop in and check it out and am glad i did, was very impressed with their dedication to real technique, fitness, and stamina many senior members around and gladly advise if they see you performing a technique incorrectly. All age groups and ability so was very easy for me to just join in everyone very friendly and relaxed. Also noticed that they had professional fighters there as well.. Definitely one of the best Muay Thai clubs in London
